Data Querying 

Project Overview:

In this project, I crafted SQL queries to extract pertinent information; employing Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and thorough data preprocessing techniques, I delved into the intricacies of sales data to gain a comprehensive understanding.

 

Leveraging the power of Python, I conducted an in-depth examination of the dataset, employing complex queries to unearth valuable insights. To effectively communicate the trends and patterns discovered during the analysis, I utilized Matplotlib and Seaborn libraries to create compelling visualizations, providing a clear and insightful representation of the data dynamics.

Business Opportunities: 

 

  • Pet Gender-Specific Products: Since more male dogs than female dogs were observed, consider launching a line of gender-specific pet products. By recognizing and catering to the gender preferences of pet owners, you can tap into a market that appreciates personalized and gender-specific offerings for their pets.

  • Pet Sales Trend Analysis Service: Recognizing that pet sales increased linearly from 2019 but dipped during 2020, there's a business opportunity to offer a pet industry trend analysis service. Provide data-driven insights and forecasts to pet product manufacturers, retailers, and service providers, helping them make informed decisions based on historical sales trends and market fluctuations.
